We are currently seeking a motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving Sales/BD activities and Key Account management to foster continuous business growth in Europe & Africa.

  • Create and enhance proposals through consultative sales approaches, delivering unique value propositions to potential clients.
  • Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets while developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and supporting the Commercial team with various activities to enhance business operations.
  • Take charge of pre-qualifications, CRM management, and tendering requirements to deliver high-quality submissions and seek necessary approvals.
  • Devise Account Plans for key customers, outlining strategies to maintain and expand business relationships effectively.
  • Support sales pipeline development, follow up on leads, and engage in negotiation to overcome pricing objections.
  • Maintain records of all sales activities, adhere to company policies and ethics codes, and stay updated on industry trends and events.

Requirements for this role include a background in Senior Sales Management within technical service or maritime industries, a proven track record in successful sales management, expertise in sales strategies, and a valid passport for travel. Prior experience in offshore markets and willingness to travel regionally and internationally are essential.
