Wates Group are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team based out of our Leatherhead Office for a 12-month contract.


ABOUT THE ROLE


To be successful in the role, you will be customer-driven and motivated and have excellent administration skills, ideally from within a HR function.

You have a solid understanding of MS Office and be able to work discretely and confidentially.

We are looking for you to be a clear communicator both written and verbally and a diligent approach.

As a HR Assistant you will:

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle working in an efficient and customer-driven manner
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee information in the relevant HR databases
  • Support the HR team with adhoc project work
  • Work in strict confidentiality
