We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Optical Sales Executive to join our team at a leading eye hospital. As an Optical Sales Executive, your main goal will be to establish a strong referral network with different partners such as high street opticians, GPs, and referral centres across Central London.
You will be the primary contact person for both current and potential referrers, focusing on cultivating lasting customer relationships. This role requires someone who is proactive, enjoys networking, and feels comfortable interacting with professionals in the ophthalmic community.
As an Optical Sales Executive, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule, client meetings, and travel routes. Collaboration with the allocated hospital and seizing available opportunities will be key to success.
- Previous optical experience (Optical Assistant/Dispensing Optician)
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Driven, energetic, and determined to achieve success
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- £25,000 base salary
- Up to £12.5k bonus
- £5k car allowance and additional benefits
