Concierge & Membership Manager – Members club
Salary: £40,000+
Location: London
I am working with an award-winning members' club, with expansion plans for 2024 and looking for a dynamic Concierge and Membership Manager. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service across meet & greet, concierge and membership departments, leading a team of 6-8 members who serve as the first point of contact for existing and prospective members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team to ensure high service standards and appropriate staffing levels.
- Oversee the entire member journey from enquiry to onboarding, manage membership fees using the CRM system, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct tours, handle enquiries, and manage the membership waiting list, ensuring timely responses and adherence to company processes.
- Achieve financial targets, budgets, and business goals, with regular reporting to the leadership team on retention and feedback.
- Assist members with bookings and enquiries, maintaining high standards of service and safety.
- Ensure team adherence to business systems and processes and maintain departmental facilities.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a luxury service environment, remaining calm under pressure.
- Exceptional people management skills, empowering and managing team performance.
- Superb attention to detail in service quality and facilities management.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
- Understanding of risk management and health and safety procedures.
- Financial acumen, with a good grasp of budgets and regular reporting.
