Join our dynamic team at NUH that supports the implementation of diabetes technology, including hybrid close looping, for pediatric and adult diabetes services across QMC campus and Dundee House.
We are on the lookout for a motivated individual eager to enhance their administrative skills while delivering top-notch services. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in administrative and secretarial processes, capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
Working alongside clinicians and community partners, you will ensure exceptional service delivery for patients, fostering positive relationships with external suppliers within a supportive department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clinicians, GPs, medical companies, and patients to facilitate the provision of diabetes medical devices.
- Maintain databases to monitor patient consumables usage.
- Prepare and manage documentation for technology implementation.
- Coordinate invoicing and contract renewals with medical companies.
- Communicate with medical companies to address queries efficiently.
- Assist patients with administrative queries regarding technology.
