Now part of the Fraser Group, Studio Retail are based in the Northwest of England, 20 miles north of Manchester, we provide a personal shopping service to over 2 million customers each year through our mobile App and the and websites.

About the Opportunity
At Studio, we are constantly evolving to meet our customers' needs and we now have opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join our Resolutions Team, based at our fantastic, fully re-furbished offices in Clayton-Le-Moors.
As a Customer Service Advisor in our Resolutions Team, you will effectively and professionally resolve complex, regulated and non-regulated customer complaints across all channels, meeting all regulatory and quality standards in delivering the right outcome for the customer and Studio Retail.
- Providing effective and professional escalated and complex complaints case handling and resolution across all channels, delivering the right outcomes for customers
- Effectively handling of complaints received through Executive process, delivery resolutions and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records and systems
- Adhering to all quality and compliance standards and expectations, ensuring customers are treated fairly in line with TCF principles
Shift Pattern
We need flexible people who can work between the hours of
8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday (36.5 hours per week on a rota basis)
Who are we looking for?
We would love to hear from enthusiastic, confident Customer Service Advisors with experience of working in either a Contact Centre, Retail, Hospitality, or any other customer facing role environment.
- Experience of working within the retail, hospitality, or customer services sector
- Experience in effective complaint handling
- Ability to deliver in a fastpaced target driven environment
- Is delivery and customer focussed
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively
- Ability to always remain calm and professional
- High attention to detail
- IT literate
