The company is expanding, and they need someone to join their team. They are open to considering both Intermediate level QS professionals and experienced stand-alone QS individuals who are ready to step up and take on key accounts in the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing documentation for main contractors and subcontractors.
  • Managing quotations, orders, and budgets.
  • Estimating costs and material/labor quantities.
  • Assigning tasks to subcontractors.
  • Assessing project progress, budgets, and payments.
  • Providing budget reports and cost analysis.
  • Evaluating commercial risks and ensuring project compliance.
  • Attending site visits and supporting the commercial team.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license.
  • Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and numerical abilities.
