Job Type: Full-Time, 35 Hour Working Week, Monday – Friday
Salary: Competitive basic starting salary £45k - £65k per annum (negotiable, depending on experience), plus performance-based bonuses
About Us: Counting King specialises in empowering businesses by helping them access funding solutions, including Research and Development Tax, Business Finance, and other Tax Services. We aim to provide a comprehensive finance function for our clients and have secured over £40 million in funding since our establishment in 2021.
The Role:
- Report to the Managing Director to increase B2B sales through effective leadership.
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve challenging goals and support growth plans.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and drive sales performance using effective techniques.
- Monitor and enhance team interactions with clients through training and workshops.
- Conduct performance appraisals, training, and communication meetings.
- Develop sales plans to address challenges and risks.
- Motivate the team while maintaining performance focus.
- Recruit, nurture, and retain top talent as required.
- Oversee CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Provide performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Operate within company procedures and policies.
Experience / Knowledge Required:
Essential:
- Successful sales management in financial or tax services.
- Results-driven with hands-on management approach.
- Positive, proactive, and skilled communicator.
- Strong organizational and IT skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of R&D Tax Incentive and financial services.
- Experience in leading remote teams.
