We are on the lookout for a proficient Contract Administrator/Junior Paralegal to join our team at our rapidly expanding enterprise software corporation for a fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).

You will primarily be responsible for gathering, scanning, assessing for the purpose of segregating (dividing), and archiving customer agreements in the area to support an IFS initiative aimed at moving all IFS sales agreements to a contract management system.

Contract Search and Segregation:
  • Explore different databases, email communications, and physical archives to ensure the location of all client agreements.
  • Segment agreements into predetermined contract types and rename them accordingly.
  • Arrange agreements based on urgency and significance to the organization's objectives.

Scan the identified agreements and securely store them on the SharePoint platform.

  • Provide regular progress updates and reports on the contract search developments and discoveries to your immediate supervisor and report progress during project manager meetings.

Collaborate with relevant departments such as legal, sales, and business operations to identify any absent agreements and verify the completeness of agreement sets when necessary.

  • Conduct meetings to address any discrepancies or doubts regarding agreement documentation.

Proficient in comprehending agreements and possessing contract handling experience.

  • Experience in contract management or a legal background is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • Proficiency in Polish and/or German language is essential.
