Administration Assistant

Being part of the Administration team, you will actively monitor, progress and take effective and timely action to resolve issues through, clear communication and collaborationwith relevant parties.
Some duties will include:
- Manage the admin inbox, processing improvement actions within one working day of receipt.
- Resolve queries effectively, liaising with internal and external project teams and customers as required.
- Upload assessment documentation and findings to the business system within one working day of receipt.
- Issue documentation and findings to customers within one working day of receipt.
- Confirm documentation has been submitted by contractors.
Working hours -9 am-5 pm
