The Regional Account Executive position plays a crucial role in representing the brand and ensuring Red Bull is easily accessible in key locations, meeting consumers' needs. Focused on the fitness sector, you will work on getting Red Bull into the hands of gym-goers as part of their routine. Your responsibilities include identifying, targeting, and building relationships with independent and small gym chains in your area. By strategically approaching gyms, you will promote Red Bull, aiming to establish it as the top energy drink in the fitness industry. This role demands more than standard sales duties; it requires strategic planning, immersion in the local fitness community, and a passion for contributing to the fitness world.

Job Description

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop a fitness database in your region aligning with Red Bull's and regional priorities
  • Spot opportunities within the database to enhance Red Bull's presence and acquire new accounts
  • Execute regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with shopper, brand, and field marketing teams to boost Red Bull's visibility and sales

CONTACT STRATEGY

  • Foster strong relationships internally and externally, holding regular reviews with key stakeholders
  • Utilize contacts within the fitness community to raise brand awareness and educate the audience
  • Educate all contacts on Red Bull as a brand and product to build brand advocates
  • Optimize your contact network to maximize Red Bull's availability and visibility

FITNESS STRATEGY

  • Devise a regional strategy to expand Red Bull's presence in fitness outlets
  • Align the strategy with the sports strategy set by the National Sales Manager while capitalizing on local trends

REGIONAL GROUPS

  • Handle various operating and franchise groups at a regional level
  • Create joint business plans to secure new distributionQualifications
    • Passion and experience in the fitness industry
    • Proven track record of meeting targets
    • Essential skills: Communication, negotiation, objection handling
    • Ability to craft and deliver compelling stories with insights
    • Excellent customer relationship management
