Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with independent and small chain gyms in your region, ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in key locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, aligning with the company's sports strategy and local trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at gyms, identifying opportunities to drive availability and visibility of Red Bull.
- Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups, creating joint business plans to unlock new distribution.
- Utilize your knowledge of the fitness industry to create brand awareness and education among gym staff and customers.
- Track record of achieving targets and excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Travel 80-90% of the time.
Requirements:
- Passion and experience in the fitness industry, with a deep understanding of the type of venues you'll be working with.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
- Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
