As a Regional Account Executive - Sports & Fitness, you will be responsible for building a strong presence for Red Bull in the North East region. Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive database of fitness outlets in the region, identifying opportunities to increase availability and drive sales.
  • Establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders, including gym owners, managers, and decision-makers, to promote Red Bull as a top choice for fitness enthusiasts.
  • Creating and implementing regional activations, in collaboration with the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Managing multiple operating groups and franchise groups in the region, building joint business plans to unlock new distribution opportunities.
  • Utilizing your passion and experience in the fitness industry to understand the needs and preferences of fitness enthusiasts, and developing strategies to meet those needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Travel 80-90% of the time.
