Role:
Contracts Manager - Mechanical bias

Contract Type:
Permanent

  • Manage operational staff, including engineers and administrators, as well as oversee the budget and performance of the Hard FM services.
  • Effectively supervise and enhance all services on-site in alignment with company standards and service contracts for clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain close communication with the client to meet daily and future requirements of the contract.
  • Ensure contractual performance stays within agreed budgets, complies with monitoring systems, and drives cost efficiencies.
  • Participate in strategic Life Cycle program development, contract planning, project surveying, and operational management support.
  • Implement financial and commercial controls to manage expenditures and incomes within set budgets.
  • Guarantee high-quality operational delivery that meets statutory and contractual obligations.

Candidates with a background in Hard FM and experience in utilizing a CAFM system for efficient contract operations are preferred. Must have prior experience in managing FM staff, a solid grasp of statutory compliance and contract requirements, and show proficiency in commercial and financial matters. A degree in Building Services or Management would be advantageous.
