About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent Junior Administrator to become an integral part of our high-performing team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be supporting daily administrative functions and ensuring a smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and reorder essential office supplies
  • Receive and process deliveries promptly
  • Ensure a clean and tidy workspace
  • Scan, file, organise and shred where necessary, key documents
  • Handle post, including runs to the post office/post box
  • Input sensitive information into spreadsheets and support weekly dashboard reporting
  • Support other team members as required which may include liaising with contractors and tenants

About You:

  • Prior office experience is preferred, though not essential
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to multitas
  • Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player who is eager to contribute and support colleagues
