Penguin Recruitment is a renowned consultancy specializing in surveying and planning, with a presence across the UK. We are currently in search of graduates holding a RICS accredited degree or master's degree to join our esteemed training academy.
This role will primarily involve:
- Engaging in land acquisition processes
- Participating in contract negotiations and cost assessments
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A Degree or Master's in a RICS recognized discipline (such as Real Estate, Property Management, or Estate Management)
- Previous experience in the property sector or a customer-oriented role is advantageous (comprehensive training will be provided)
- A valid driving license
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating with landowners and property developers to identify potential sites for valuation and acquisition
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing
- Collaborating with various departments, including design, project management, and planning
- Assisting in project scheduling to ensure timely completion
