About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring high-quality sites for our residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and identify sites directly through targeted marketing
  • Conduct desktop research, data analysis, and utilize Land Insight to inform site selection decisions
  • Visit target towns in person to assess site potential and create reports and proposals
  • Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensuring successful site acquisition
  • Support and guide junior team members by sharing knowledge and experience

About You

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with a proven track record in land acquisition and development. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
