About Churchill Living Ltd

Churchill Living Ltd, a leading player in the property sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Buyer to join its expanding Land teams. As a Land Buyer, you will play a critical role in the overall success of the business, utilising your skills and expertise to acquire land for development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and targeted marketing.
  • Identify sites directly through your own efforts and desktop research, data analysis.
  • Carry out site appraisals, creating reports and proposals, and manage the offer and negotiation process.
  • Work closely with the in-house team of experts, including Architects, Planners, Technical, Legal, Commercial, and Construction teams, to create offers efficiently and effectively.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team that is motivated, focused, and goal-oriented. As a Land Buyer, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of land buying, from investigation to negotiation, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous Land Buying experience within the property sector.
  • Confident and competent driver with a valid UK driver's licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK.
