My client, a respected UK manufacturer of Pressure Care products, is seeking an International Distribution Manager to expand their global distributor network. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of distribution connections globally in the medical device / capital medical equipment sector, at least 5 years of experience in export and distribution management, and expertise in engaging with distributors in various international markets.

This hybrid role, located in Western England or Wales, involves up to 70% travel and requires proximity to an international airport. The successful candidate should possess:

  • A proven portfolio of international distributor contacts in the medical equipment industry
  • 5 years of experience in international sales
  • Knowledge of Middle Eastern, African, and European markets
  • Familiarity with international medical tendering platforms
  • Demonstrated track record of success
  • Proficiency in e-communication and video conferencing tools
  • UK Passport and Driving License
