Administration Assistant

Working in a highly pressurised environment to provide a professional, efficient and effective administrative support to the booking service and administration team.

Using initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure that patient administration is maintained.

Supporting other team members to deliver patient focused service, providing administrative support.


The successful applicant will be adaptable and have the ability to work to in a fast paced environment undertaking a range of administration processes with confidence and efficiency including filing, collection of patient case notes and dealing with patients in a respectful manner over the telephone.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

This post is fixed term for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.
