As an ICB, we're focused on:

improving outcomes in population health and healthcare

tackling inequalities in outcomes, experience, and access

enhancing productivity and value for money

It is an exciting time to be joining NCL ICB; we have recently undertaken an organisational change programme to redesign the structure of the organisation and the way that we work to better meet the needs of our population, our people, our system, and our partners. As part of the change programme, we are relaunching and reenergising the organisation, embedding new ways of working and building the capabilities we need to create a thriving organisational culture.
