THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partnershave been exclusively retained by a South Yorkshire based manufacturing business as they look to recruit an International Sales Manager who will concentrate on the EMEA regions.
You will be responsible for achieving international territory sales objectives across all product lines within the company through field-based selling activities, which include; identification of key markets & distributors, enabling those distributors anddriving market share & sales growth.
THE JOB:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of their key markets; structure, size and competitive dynamics within them
- Developing, agreeing and executing a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives via Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP) that meets or exceed targets by engaging all targeted distributor accounts according to their designation;Tier 1, 2 or
- Ensures that all distributors operate in accordance with business ethics, contracted to as appropriate, and performance managed
- Support Commercial Leadership in managing strategic accounts and market entry strategies.
- Plans and costs their annual international journey cycle, including appropriate approvals and budgetary compliance
- Provide a concise written report of all completed trips within the journey cycle confirming the outcome of that trip for the business including timely expenses submission.
- Maintain technical product knowledge to enable the; training of distributor staff, demonstration of products to key customers and support for key trade shows.
- Develop and maintain longterm relationships that lead to increasing loyalty and use of products within target distributors
- Adhere to the international price book and discounting authorities within
- Provide feedback and requests to marketing or to the organisation to adapt product/tools/strategies to the market demand or need
- Develop and maintain productive crossfunctional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organisation
THE PERSON:
We're looking for a strong Sales Manager with extensive experience of selling into the EMEA regions.
Ideally you will have experience of the medical sector or moving and handling equipment but experience of sales within the manufacturing is required.
THE BENEFITS:
The role will pay a strong basic salary + car allowance and commission.
