SPK has been running for over 9 years across South Wales, the role is based in Swansea.

Your role will be the initial person responsible with dealing any calls, bookings & customer issues.

You will be required to work every other weekend.

Salary:
£22,000

This is a full time position.

Hours: 39 hours per week

Working days: 5 days a week (Weekend work is included)

Job responsibilities

  • Organising meetings, scheduling bookings for our cleaning and maintenance teams.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Using spreadsheets to input data and find data.
Requirements of the role

  • Ability to work within a fastpaced environment.
  • High customer service skills.
  • Highly organised and attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills and confidence with dealing with clients, suppliers, employees.
Key Skills

  • Have a passion for providing first class customer service.
  • Good telephone and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office/Excel and use of databases.
  • Highly organised with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Salary will be £22,000 pa after you have successfully completed your probationary period for 3 months. For your probation period you will be on £20,000 pa.
