The service is a new partnership which focuses on three areas (feeling safe and settling in, support and integration and throughcare after care) with aim to improve the lives of children and young people through the use of a rights based, trauma informed approach.
The team working with the young people will enrich their lives through support and activities aimed at promoting recovery, raising self-esteem, promoting mastery and enabling the young people to have experiences in line with their age and stage of development.
