We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the Medical High Dependency Unit at Raigmore Hospital. The successful candidate will work on a 4-weekly rotational basis from 20:00-00:00, covering 7 days between 2 posts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the nursing team in providing high-quality care to critically unwell patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing level 2 care to patients from various specialties.

Working Hours

NHS Scotland is introducing a 37-hour working week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will be applied pro rata for part-time staff. You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period until the service area changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
