Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join our team in Leeds? We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to work in South and East Yorkshire, managing relationships with clients and candidates in the logistics sector. This role provides a clear path for career growth up to management level.
- Salary:
* £21,000 to £23,000 annually, depending on experience. - Monthly & Quarterly bonuses available after successful probation.
- 23 days + Bank Holidays per year, with incremental increases to 28 days based on years of service. Additional holiday on your birthday.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30.
- On-call duties after hours on a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional recruitment services.
- Manage accounts and bookings efficiently.
- Cultivate relationships with temporary staff.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Utilize various payroll systems effectively.
- Advertise job openings.
- Conduct interviews and register new candidates.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Punctual and reliable.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
