You'll craft the Talent Management & Talent Development philosophy, roadmap, and oversee critical initiatives like Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Talent Development.

You'll drive innovation, leveraging HR technology to enhance talent development and retention while optimizing organizational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a track record in steering talent management strategies in dynamic environments.

You'll identify key talent opportunities to align with business success, implementing plans to bridge talent gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management – Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement, succession planning, and retention
  • Professional & Leadership Development – Enhance human capital through career-path planning and targeted learning strategies
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Embed DE&I throughout the organization

You'll drive the Talent Management and Talent Development roadmap, providing meaningful development opportunities for all levels.

You'll collect data to inform targeted development and work closely with HRBPs and the Analytics team.

In collaboration with HR and business leaders, you'll define strategic talent management objectives and execute end-to-end talent processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Management; master's degree preferred
  • Industry experience in retail, hospitality, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics
  • Broad HR experience including talent management, program management, and performance management
