We are looking for a Locksmith Support Advisor


The hours are 40 per week over 5 days Monday Saturday (Saturday on Rota basis) between the hours of 8.00am 6.

00pm


To provide an excellent support service to our Mobile Locksmith Team and Customers ensuring that all calls are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner to enable to smooth and seamless service.

Working alongside our scheduling team, you will be responsible for supporting with the optimisation of our Locksmiths workload. You will need to be self-motivated, with the ability to make quick decisions, upsell and work well under pressure.

Your Responsibilities will be.

  • Logging all jobs and liaising with Locksmiths and other workshops
  • Conversions
  • Job completions, this will include closing jobs with locksmiths and customers, updating portals and chasing of payments

Do you have these skills.

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Selfmotivated with great attention to detail and strong decision making skills
  • Able to use own initiative in solving problems
  • Abundance of common sense
  • Ability to show empathy _our customers rely on us as the 4th emergency service_
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing Department needs.

These skills would be a bonus But arent essential.
Good Geographical Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft access and report management

Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Previous scheduling experience
