What will you be doing?:

  • Ensuring the active Applications Support team delivers a professional, customer focused & high performing assistance service in line with decided service scope and service levels
  • Aiding, coaching, and mentoring to active Applications Support Team members to ensure that all objectives and obligations are fulfilled
  • Certifying any quality management processes to the team's activities are followed, e.g., ensuring all support methods, procedures and tools are robust
  • Developing and maintaining professional credible relationships with key stakeholders (IT and the business)
  • Recommending and assisting with developing improvements around active support processes, tools, standards and the overall performance and level of support provided
  • Guaranteeing completeness of root cause for major/critical incidents, and where possible resolving or providing active workarounds

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate / Post graduate degree in Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Excellent experience primarily Run the Bank roles in financial institutions, consulting, or technology companies
  • Solid expertise in daytoday RTB functions with Handson/technical experience (high proficiency in windows, Unix, Hadoop, AWS, and database technologies
  • Experience in Senior Mgmt Stakeholder management skills, Project Management skills and knowing of Risk management

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Experience of working to tight decided deadlines in a fast-moving environment with an ability to work in a virtual team
  • Well organized with excellent time management, driven ability to work in a pressurized environment
  • Ability to know the business context and react to users is more important over the indepth technology skills
  • Service oriented and able to follow the active processes in delivering the KPIs
