This role would focus on the effective management and resolution of major incidents, minimizing the impact on business operations, oversee the change management process, and handle problem management within the IT department.
Collaborate closely with various IT teams and stakeholders to ensure that IT service management processes are aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
This includes ensuring that these processes are in line with best practices (like ITIL frameworks) and business requirements, and that they comply with relevant policies and regulations.
Developing and refining ITSM processes, contributing to the overall resilience and efficiency of IT services.Strong focus on process efficiency, risk management, and service quality
Bachelor's degree in IT related study OR 5+ Years IT experience with certifications in IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL (highly desireable)
Experience in IT service management, with a proven track record in incident management, change management, and problem management.
In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows Server environments, networking, and power systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and the ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively
