Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, with values between 50,000 and 200,000.
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors on-site.
- Liaise with clients and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain Health & Safety protocols.
- Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within the specified timeframe.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and regulations.
