Key Responsibilities
As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and compliant transfer station activities with a view on continual improvement; meeting agreed process targets and financial controls. You will co-ordinate with peers to ensure that the most efficient processes for the business are adopted locally to support national strategy and objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• To operate all activities in line with the company's ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certification, BMS & IMS systems.
• To co-operate and collaborate with the General Manager, Divisional Director, and commercial leads within the division to ensure effective delivery at site.
• To manage the delivery of the operations strategy across all activities at the site in the most efficient possible way and to the highest standards.
• Support the General Manager in the preparation and explanation of accomplishment against budgets or forecasts in coordination with operational targets; recommending, implementing, and monitoring actions to improve operational performance.
• Deliver operational reports in line with business requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of and maintain efficient and effective record keeping and documentation.
