Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £46,000 - £47,000 per annum

Shift: Double Days (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Hinckley site. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our manufacturing equipment, including CNC drilling machines, automated bandsaws, presses, shrink wrappers, and conveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct fault-finding and diagnostic work to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in maintenance as a minimum (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC/D).
  • Multi-skilled with a mechanical or electrical bias.
  • Experience of working with CNC machinery and automated systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
