Job Summary:
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to managing Health & Safety, coordinating trades, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, with values between £50,000 and £200,000.
- Coordinate and manage tradespeople and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress and site activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in site management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
