We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate tradespeople and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Be hands-on and available to assist in the workshop when on-site activities are light.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, with values between £50,000 and £200,000.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and regulations.
We offer a competitive salary of £22-£23 per hour, plus benefits including a company van and fuel card, £25 meal allowance, hotels provided when required, and a company card for expenses.
As a Site Manager at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, develop your skills and experience, and be part of a close-knit team with approximately 10 operatives on-site at any given time.
