T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK's market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Order Processing team.

Your role will involve assisting the Sales department with all sales and administrative duties, involving communicating with customers, receiving and processing orders, logistic queries and after sales activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Sales order processing
  • Processing of Goods Return requests
  • Responding to nontechnical customer enquiries
  • Updating systems and databases
  • Contacting existing and new customers and build rapport, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
  • Maximise efficient use of the computer system
  • Support the department with administrative duties, including order placing with suppliers and progress chasing
  • Responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner
