At Cincinnatigoodwill, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Shop Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Retail Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including reporting any incidents or issues that may impact store operations.
  • Provide coaching and training to retail associates on job-related responsibilities and performance expectations.
  • Monitor sales transactions and ensure accurate processing and handling of customer payments.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the store manager as needed.
  • Inspect and validate the quality and accuracy of merchandise pricing and inventory levels.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Train and delegate work assignments to Donation Attendants, Merchandise Processors, and Sales Associates.
  • Work a flexible schedule to support store opening, production, and closing operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and associates in English.
  • Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Close vision requirements due to computer work.
