Job Opening: On-boarding Co-Ordinator

Welcome to our team based in South West London, where we specialize in Sales, Lettings, and Block Management, offering top-notch services to our clients and leaseholders.

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join us as an On-boarding Co-Ordinator. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is quick on their feet, open-minded, friendly, and proactive. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in block management and a successful history in new business interactions. A customer service-focused mindset is essential to uphold our commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients and customers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in your current role
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within property management
  • Excellent communication, IT, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Experience advising clients within the sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet new clients and leaseholders to understand their needs
  • Ensure smooth transition into property management systems
  • Manage documentation and system integration
  • Provide training and ensure legal compliance
  • Develop strong client relationships and collect feedback for enhancements
  • Conduct regular site visits for maintenance assessments and tenant satisfaction
  • Travel to client sites as required
  • Offer recommendations for process improvements

Desirable Requirements:

  • IRPM qualification or willingness to pursue
  • Desirable RICS and IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications

Salary Range & Benefits:

This position offers a salary range of £35K - £45K based on experience, along with standard benefits like holidays, pensions, expenses, and mileage. You will receive support for further training and qualifications, with regular salary reviews considering workloads and progression. Enjoy hybrid work options and increased holiday entitlement based on tenure.
