Our Spa Therapies Team Leaders are an integral part of our guest experience. They bring our spas to life.

Carefully chosen words during Ayurvedic consultations build a relationship with guests, enticing them into the unique world of Holistic spas and the experiences we have to offer here, all while supporting and uplifting the team around them.


We pride themselves on the relationships they build within the team and the guests we see every day, to succeed you will:

  • Be naturally inquisitive, always looking at ways we can improve and expand our knowledge individually and as a team.
  • Have a nurturing and caring manner, to empower the team around you and allow everyone to rise up.
  • Have a clear and friendly way of communicating, ensuring that guests and team members alike feel valued, heard and appreciated.
  • Be a strong leader, taking responsibility and ownership of tasks as well as delegating where necessary.
  • Have a background as a spa therapist.

No two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities may vary daily, however as a spa team leader you will:
Ensure our team are nurtured through presence and support, to deliver an excellent guest experience with 5 service in a beautiful atmosphere


Support development and training, retain a team who deliver exceptional guest service aligned with our values offering a unique, authentic connection.

Focus on sustainable practices to protect the business for the next generation.


Spa experiences, which include swimming pools, hot tubs, thermal rooms and other experiences are operated efficiently and safely by our team, delivering maximum guest enjoyment.


Collaborate with our leaders and managers across the whole business so it flourishes, and all our people can contribute to and celebrate this success.


Be at the helm of our ship at the busiest times, flow between the hotels and see the sunset in our business each week.
