Softline's ITAM services department annually delivers numerous projects to our global enterprise clients, encompassing process, technology, and organizational aspects of ITAM.

As an ITAM consultant, you will provide support in both specific projects and ongoing services, serving as both an expert and a trusted advisor in ITAM processes, licensing, and business aspects.

Our ITAM services are designed to provide clients with trustworthy, actionable data and advice for informed ITAM decision-making. We assist our clients in enhancing their ITAM maturity and realizing their ITAM strategies.

What you will be doing
You will play a key role in our tactical and operational services for our international clientele.

Your responsibilities include a wide range of tasks like software registration and configuration in SAM tools, generating compliance reports, and enhancing ITAM processes and procedures.


Working with various stakeholders in the enterprise market is a key aspect of this role, and you should be comfortable in such complex environments.

You will report to the Center of Excellence lead.


To excel in our field, a deep understanding of software licensing, awareness of the legal and financial aspects of software contracts, and familiarity with ITIL processes are essential.

Effective stakeholder and expectation management, coupled with a grasp of IT(AM) processes, is key for presenting your findings and advice to clients.

As a go-to ITAM expert, you are known for your hands-on, current knowledge.

You are experienced or eager to learn SAM tools for your daily tasks.

Your analytical mindset and commitment to accuracy are vital, as is your willingness to continuously update your software license knowledge and share this expertise both inside and outside our organization.


You are keenly aware of the shift to cloud computing, IT modernization, and the emerging challenges in FinOps, Application Life Cycle Management, Application Rationalization, and Green IT.

Excited by these evolving domains, you are enthusiastic about contributing to our service offerings with your experience and knowledge.

You possess excellent communication skills, confidently take the lead, and can handle critical audiences. With your expertise, you guide customers towards a more mature ITAM operation.

We seek a consultant with experience in software license management, SAM, or ITAM. Don't worry about any unfamiliar areas; we'll support your learning. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
