A leading global bank is currently looking for Senior Service Now Engineer, to join their Service Management Department. The role will see you being the SME for their Service Now product set, having responsibility for it's development and for the operational delivery of the service.

Role Requirements:

  • Responsibility to be a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow Platform and Modules within the team and technical escalation point for junior staff.
  • Responsibility to maintain a deep technical understanding of ServiceNow development methods and best practice.
  • Responsibility to keep up to date with new features and capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform and Modules as they become available
  • Proven experience with ITSM plus at least two of the following modules:
    • ITAM (HAM / SAM)
    • Sec Ops
    • IRM
    • ITOM
    • TPRM
    • Virtual Agent
    • Mobile App
    • CSDM
    • Automation Engine

You'll be joining an organisation which fosters growth and development, which will provide an opportunity to influence decision making with your creative ideas.

You will develop a deep understanding of both in-house and vendor applications.

The opportunity is a 6 month rolling contract. Hybrid role with requirements of 3 days in office and 2 days WFH.
