As a Senior Flexera Consultant, you will:
Lead and assist with end-to-end Flexera solution design, implementation, and management of customer environments.
Build and maintain process standards for our services and strive to exceed customer expectations.
Facilitate workshops with customers to gather requirements for implementing asset management programs alongside Flexera technology.
Opportunities to implement new features, products, and updates to enhance the Flexera platform.
Plan and create system architecture and implementation methodology based on unique customer environments.
Review and assess current Flexera implementations to identify process and product improvement opportunities and provide ongoing advice to customers.
Collaborate with customer teams to effectively manage and support their Flexera solutions.
Provide creative solutions to address complex problems within the customer environments.
Grow and mentor team members' knowledge and experience through leadership opportunities.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of working experience in IT Asset Management and processes.2+ years of Flexera One platform experience.
Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills of a range of IT systems including servers, networking, and software and cloud solutions in enterprise-scale environments.
An analytical mind able to identify issues and propose practical solutions.Excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Effective organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Travel both domestically and internationally, up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
Flexera Certified SAM Professional (CSP)Experience with multiple migration and assessment tools and end-to-end delivery of Flexera solutions.
