BC Electrical Contractors Ltd is a small family-owned business, our office is based in Ashton in Makerfield, but we carry out the majority of our electrical, building & renovation works in Wigan, Parbold, Mawdesley and surrounding areas.
Job Description_
- General administration duties.
- Process customer quotations and invoices.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
- Cheque/BACS payments.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of the electricians/trades.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Perform data entry and update records as needed.
- Scheduling property maintenance and record keeping.
- Maintaining company vehicles (MOT/Service/Tax).
- Liaising with our property letting management agency and inputting rental monthly payments.
Requirements_
- Excellent attendance.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Experience of Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
- 12 years' experience in administration is required.
- Must be able to cover extra days/hours for staff holidays.
- Must be available for training days before the start date.
- Full uk driving license.
Pay/hours_
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9am-3pm (18 hours per week)
Start date Monday 8th July.
