Role Overview:

As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include managing switchboard calls, handling reactive requests through the helpdesk, and keeping clients informed of progress. You will provide top-notch reception services with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction to meet the client's expectations effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist all visitors at the main reception professionally, ensuring minimal waiting time for hosts
  • Promptly answer incoming calls on the switchboard and provide professional and helpful assistance to callers
  • Execute general reception duties, maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and special deliveries efficiently
  • Offer timely updates and responses to customers regarding job progress and inquiries
  • Assist in setting up conference rooms, managing hospitality requests, and arranging/clearing refreshments
  • Support emergency procedures when required
  • Compile data for monthly performance indicators and reporting
  • Process customer feedback and monitor responses to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Provide administrative support as needed for the onsite team and the client, including covering staff absences
