Develop and execute delivery strategies and project management methodologies to ensure the successful deployment of our quantum computing solutions and the completion of funded projects.
Manage client relationships from pre- to post-delivery in collaboration with Sales and the Commercial team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met to foster long-term partnerships.Oversee all Service Level Management activities, including regular Service Delivery reviews to assess performance against agreed service levels, and implement remedial or preventative actions as needed.
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on project timelines and deliverables.Develop and manage funded projects, including budgets, schedules, and resources, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including the hardware and commercial teams, to deliver solutions to customers and projects to funding agencies.
Oversee the company's supply chain through vendor identification and onboarding, supplier management and optimisation, alternative source analysis, cost optimisation, and data-driven build versus buy analysis.
Experience managing client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar, and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMI.
Strong time management skills with the ability to address urgent day-to-day tasks promptly while maintaining focus on longer-term projects.
