Electrical Engineer Leader

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will be responsible for leading electrical services design on large projects and managing overall MEP for small to medium-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative electrical designs and produce detailed reports, specifications, and guidance documents.
  • Oversee testing and commissioning activities to ensure all systems perform optimally.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Leader and engage directly with clients to understand and respond to their needs.
  • Build successful relationships with clients and other professionals.
  • Define and agree on project briefs with clients.
  • Represent the firm at project meetings.
  • Manage and prioritise the workload of project teams, including specialists.
  • Host and chair internal project team meetings.
  • Contribute to the professional development of team members.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for your own growth and support the career development of others.
  • Monitor project expenditure and report to the project leader.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality standards and technical accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Primarily work on mission-critical and data centre projects.
