Electrical Engineer Leader

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of electrical services on large-scale projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of electrical services on large-scale projects
  • Collaborate with project leaders and clients to understand project requirements
  • Develop and implement electrical services designs that meet project objectives
  • Manage and prioritize the workload of project teams, including specialists
  • Host and chair internal project team meetings
  • Contribute to the professional development of team members
  • Monitor project expenditure and report to the project leader
  • Ensure the delivery of quality standards and technical accuracy
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading electrical services design and delivery on large-scale projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical services and systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project leaders and clients
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing project teams
