Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in London. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering electrical systems for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on developing innovative electrical designs, producing detailed reports and specifications, and overseeing testing and commissioning activities to ensure all systems perform optimally.

You will work closely with our project leaders to understand and respond to client needs, and will be responsible for building successful relationships with clients and other professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing electrical designs and specifications for large and small projects
  • Overseeing testing and commissioning activities to ensure system performance
  • Managing and prioritizing the workload of project teams, including specialists
  • Representing the firm at project meetings
  • Contributing to the professional development of team members
  • Monitoring project expenditure and reporting to the project leader
  • Ensuring the delivery of quality standards and technical accuracy
