Job Opportunity: Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in London. As part of a leading independent consulting engineering firm, our London office boasts extensive experience across various sectors and is home to a vibrant, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and support the design of a range of Residential and Education projects of varying sizes.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Drive repeat business and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the development of strategic concepts, ensuring solutions meet project briefs and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, offering guidance to help them grow and contribute effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team leader to monitor financials, fee expenditure, and resource allocation.
  • Promote innovation, research, and continuous improvement to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Build and maintain a strong reputation in the local industry, ensuring compliance with quality management and risk control procedures.
