The duties of this role include:
- Arrange onsite meetings for the sales team
- Raise quotes and record onto specific systems
- Follow up outstanding business quotes
- Providing weekly reports to the line manager including number of leads and appointments for sales team meetings
- Place orders through the system and pass on to the production team to action order
- Maintain contact with leads generated
- Arrange onsite training and service visits
- Manage BDM calendar by booking appointments, suggesting businesses to visit etc.
- Monitor the sales inbox daily and follow up accordingly
- Cover for administrator when on leave
- Answering of the telephone in a professional manner
- Availability to ensure company office is always staffed
- Excellent at building rapport with individuals
- Confident and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
- High level of organization skills
- Must be confident in answering the phone
- Able to prioritise daily tasks
- Confident in providing product knowledge relating to the organisation
- Excellent time management skills will be highly beneficial
